The platform is designed for participation in the company’s projects, including modular construction. The terms of cooperation are fixed by a digital agreement, and the participant receives a cooperation reward.
Participation is conducted online through a personal crypto wallet — without banks or paper-based procedures.
To get started, you will need:
• a personal crypto wallet with dApp support — MetaMask or another compatible wallet
• an available USDT balance
• the Polygon network
Your connected crypto wallet serves as your identity on the platform.
The wallet address determines ownership of your participation, portfolio, and all associated operations.
Important: access to your personal account is only possible through your connected crypto wallet.
The platform operates exclusively through the user’s crypto wallet.
Exchange accounts, custodial, or payment services are not used for login or account management.
You may fund your crypto wallet using any available methods — including transfers from exchanges, payment services, or other wallets, provided they support USDT on the Polygon network.
On the platform, you:
• select a project
• review the participation terms
• confirm participation through a digital agreement
• receive transaction confirmation on the blockchain
• track your participation in your personal account
Key participation terms:
• participation is available from 50 USDT
• the cooperation reward is calculated on the active participation amount
• before the project starts, the participant may withdraw their funds in full
• after the project starts, partial exit is available — up to 20% of the participation amount during the project execution stage
Project start:
The project starts after at least 80% of its budget has been filled.
This approach helps ensure a sufficient level of funding for the actual project start and the further fulfillment of obligations under it.
Project cycle:
participation → budget funding → project start → execution → completion → outcome.
